1. Open Internet Explorer (not Fire Fox)
2. Tools on the menu bar
3. Internet Options
4. Security Tab
5. Custom Level
6. Scroll down and verify (check mark) that you are prompted or have
all
enabled ActiveX controls and plug-ins to be downloaded and executed.
7. click OK - close IE browser
8. restart browser
9. type in or copy & paste :
